Instructions:
- pay online versus mailing a check
- monthly, quarterly, versus annually
- what are the steps? I fill out this form and then you send me an invoice? We need to say so.
Payment options:
- Pay in full. The entire tuition amount (10 months) can be paid in one check, due August 9, 2013.
- Pay in 4 installments, each payment is ¼ of the annual total. First payment due August 9, 2013, and subsequent payments will be billed by the Bookkeeper.
- Pay in 10 installments. You will be invoiced each month, September – June.
